I totally saw Rent this past weekend, too. Only it was "the Midwest premiere of the high school version of Rent." That's a direct quote. Our high school put it on. It was...awful. But only because I think Rent is awful. (I also think Wicked is awful, but I don't want to get into fisticuffs with you, so just close your eyes and pretend you didn't read it.) Some of the kids at our school are quite talented, but the whole thing is a trifle overdramatic if you ask me!! But, totally! We both saw Rent! How crazy is that?! Oh, my GOD.
