		<description>In Chicago, the current law is for hands-free devices only while driving. I think there is also a distracted driving ordinance, not sure if it&#039;s city, state or county though. There has been discussion about banning texting while driving but it is not yet law. As for my thoughts on those laws? I think that if more people understood that it&#039;s not the best idea to multitask past your brain capacity (and that capacity is different for everyone) when driving, we wouldn&#039;t need laws to replace common sense.
