Then I got all hooked up with a guy with food restrictions and now I eat everything we can. Have you ever tried risotto? It's a delicious rice dish (a bit of a pain to make, but worth it). We are also on a bit of a polenta kick - this one is a corn dish and it's also delicious. Also, we have a new pact with each other that we're trying one new recipe every week and it's really broadened our horizons - we tried one recipe in which we baked chicken with dates and garlic and onions and it was wonderful. I never would have paired something sweet (the dates) with chicken like that. Some of our recipes have been failures. But it forces us to try new things! I used to be picky.
